In our opinion, patients with the heavy forms IBS complicated by warm insufficiency, with infringement of a rhythm of heart, with often repeating attacks of a stenocardia, etc. should be under active supervision of the doctor-cardiologist together with the local therapist, and persons with initial and not heavy forms IBS, and also healthy with risk factors of this disease - under dispansernym supervision of local therapists. At absence patients with heavy forms IBS should be in polyclinic of the doctor-cardiologist under active supervision of the doctor of a cardiological clinic.

The Control over a state of health of persons with heavy forms IBS is carried out by local therapists together with managing therapeutic branch and the cardiologist of polyclinic.

The Data complex-inspection, dynamics and features of a current of the disease, carried out treatment-and-prophylactic and improving actions is registered in an out-patient card (the form № 25) on which face sheet are put the colour letter ' D ' and code number IBS. If IBS it is combined with hypertensive illness along with code number IBS the code number of hypertensive illness should be put also.
