By working out of actions for coverage by laboratory researches of a requiring contingent it is necessary to start with settlement norms of time for the laboratory kliniko-diagnostic analyses, confirmed by the order of Ministry of Health of the USSR в„– 386 from May, 18th, 1973 Knowing laboratory states, duration of the working day of the laboratorian, quantity of the working days in a year and (according to this order), it is possible to define settlement norms of time for this or that laboratory research objectively, what quantity of patients can be surveyed each laboratorian and laboratory as a whole for a day, month, quarter, year etc.

At calculation we recognised that the laboratory doctor and the laboratorian with secondary education 230 days with duration of the working day 7 ch 12 mines, or 432 mines (230x432 mines=99360 mines) work in a year on the average. Having divided the received size into the quantity of minutes provided under specifications on this or that laboratory research to the laboratory doctor or the laboratorian with secondary education, we receive number of researches by the given technique which the doctor and the laboratorian with secondary education for a year can make.
